Soja ist eine der wichtigsten Proteinquellen in der Geflügelfütterung. Der hohe Rohproteingehalt allein reicht jedoch nicht aus, um den besonderen Bedarf des Geflügels an essentiellen Aminosäuren zu decken. Es muss mit anderen Komponenten ergänzt werden, um optimale Mengen und Verhältnisse im Futter zu erhalten.
